𝗔 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Precision Collision recently replaced its SPITWATER HP201S pressure cleaner after approximately 11 years of service. During that time, the machine supported the workshop's vehicle repair and refinishing operations, helping clean vehicles as part of an average of 900 repair jobs each year.

The replacement? A new SPITWATER HP201, selected as a direct replacement to continue the site's established cleaning processes.

𝗔 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗪𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮

OEM Group® recently supplied 11 STEPRITE® Safety Work Platform Ladders to a boat harbour and marina in Western Australia, across three platform heights – 2500mm, 2750mm and 3000mm.

At a marina the work moves – different vessels, different berths, different infrastructure. Each STEPRITE® unit gives personnel a stable platform to work from, with an anti-slip deck, 900mm handrails and a 250kg working load limit. Corrosion-resistant aluminium handles the salt air, and wheels take it to the job.

DPL 99A: up to 2.0m
DPL 99E: up to 3.2m

Every model has a 300kg WLL, an anti-slip cabin floor, fixed internal handrails, a freefall prevention arrestor and 12VDC hydraulics with solar charging.

With relevant certified standards, options are available on all models for Narrow or Wide Cabins with Curtain or Rigid Gate, to better suit your fleet and operational requirements. We also offer Stretcher cabins on the 99E and 99H.

Originally designed and manufactured by OEM Group® for servicing Scania trucks, it was great to see the platform being used to safely access a salt harvester as well.

It's a good example of how a well-designed access solution can be used across multiple tasks on site. Whether it's trucks, mobile plant, or other equipment, the platform provides safe and stable access for maintenance, inspection, cleaning, and servicing work.

Built from aluminium and featuring a slip-resistant work deck, removable handrails, stair access, and lockable castors, it's designed to be practical, safe, and easy to move around busy workshop environments.
