Some pictures from Cowaramup in our States Southwest where WTS Mechanical Project’s are busy working through first fix installations for a stunning new Winery.
With comfort and process cooling/heating, chillers, heat pumps, AHUs, DX AC, a coolroom and BMS it’s great to see the works progressing well in such a spectacular part of WA 😍 ☀️ 🍷

WTS Mechanical Projects has completed the Main Plant DX system changeover at Big W Phoenix shopping centre.

The project involved the installation of four new, Dorin 8-cylinder semi-hermetic compressors, two new dual-coil condensers, and the installation of 8 Emerson electronic expansion valves and their associated controls.

Delivery of the new plant was expedited by arranging airfreight of the compressors from Italy. 7 weeks after receiving the works order WTS had swapped the plant, completed installation, testing and commissioning.
With detailed planning and trusted subcontractors we were able to minimise the plant down time to less than 3 weeks.
Thanks to everyone involved for all their efforts it’s greatly appreciated.

We are pleased to share some pictures from recently completed works at Bunbury Forum.
The works included installation of x3 new Actron Hercules PAC units and new smoke exhaust systems.

Congratulations to the one and only Andrew Waldock for 4 years services at WTS Mechanical Projects Pty Ltd .
Andrew joined WTS as an apprentice refrigeration technician. Following completion of his apprenticeship he has moved into a junior PM role in which he is exceeding all expectations.
Andrew is now extending his learning through AIRAH online engineering courses.

If you look closely you can see Frankie the 8 week old retriever also has a soft spot for the legend 🐶

WTS service technicians recently returned for our first scheduled maintenance to ensure the newly installed mechanical services assets are well looked after.

June has been a busy month for WTS as we reached practical completion on both Coles Floreat and Coles Forrestfield Stores.
In a live store environment both stores were given a full Mechanical services upgrade including new Chillers, Heatpumps, Buffer Tanks, AHU modifications, store ductwork upgrades, MSSB, DDC controls and minor DX system additions.

Thank you to our Project team and trusted subcontractors on successful project delivery under challenging conditions and timelines.

March 2024 WTS completed the mechanical services installation to the New East Fremantle Oval.
