Hascon Civil is proud to be sponsoring Ashley Sharp for the 2026 WAFLW season with Swan Districts Football Club.

Ashley is a former Fremantle Dockers AFLW player and now a key part of the Swan Districts squad. We’re excited to support her this season as she continues to compete at a high level.

Backing local sport and supporting athletes in our community is something we’re passionate about, and we can’t wait to follow Ashley and the Swans throughout the season.

We’re proud to recognise our November Employee of the Month: Justin 🎉

Justin has been with us since our very first project and has been kicking goals from Day 1. Most recently Justin completed a difficult gravity sewer main in very tough conditions. His level of knowledge and dedication to getting the job done despite the difficult circumstances is exactly why he is our employee of the month. Thanks for all your hard work.

Congrats Justin. 👏

We’re proud to recognise our very first Employee of the Month: Kyle "KP" Pearce 🎉

As a crew leader, Kyle led by example demonstrating our values of Safety, Innovation, Teamwork, and Ethics on a highly technical, challenging street; delivering the job on time despite the conditions. His crew was praised by the public for clear communication and keeping the streets tidy.

Congrats, Kyle—and thank you to the whole crew for setting the standard. 👏

Job well done guys.

A great way to start the day at Hascon.

Following prestart this morning, the team shared a cooked breakfast before taking part in our Men’s Health Day—an important initiative focused on raising awareness around physical and mental wellbeing.

We watched two powerful videos that highlighted the importance of checking in on yourself and your mates. The statistics were eye-opening and prompted plenty of reflection across the team.

It was a simple but meaningful reminder that health isn’t just about what you can see—and that starting the conversation is the first step toward building a stronger, more supportive culture.

We’re proud to keep driving these conversations at team Hascon 👍🏼
