We're proud to showcase another project completed by the JBC Barrett team.

This package involved the construction of reinforced concrete footings and structural brickwork for a new community facility at Halycon Sinagra. From excavation and footing preparation through to the final brickwork installation, our team delivered a durable and high-quality result that will serve future residents for years to come.

Here's a snapshot of some recent projects completed by the Barrett Constructions team, including internal slabs, external slabs, pathways, crossovers, DDA access upgrades and bus wash bay infrastructure.

These works have been delivered across a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, transport and community facilities, with projects at locations such as St John of God Hospital, Curtin University, public open spaces, community clubs and transport depots.

From healthcare facilities and active school environments through to public infrastructure upgrades, our crews have been busy delivering a wide range of civil and hardscape works across WA.

One thing we take pride in at Barrett Constructions is the ability to deliver multiple scopes under the one team - from earthworks and retaining walls through to concrete, paving and brickwork.

Another busy week across Perth 🚧
Our team has been making great progress across a range of projects in the education, community and healthcare sectors.

Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been working on:
• Ellenbrook Primary School – brickwork
• Abbeville Park Community Facilities – concrete slab
• Elsie Austin Sporting & Community Facilities – paving works
• Childcare Facility, Golden Bay – footpaths & minor concrete works

We also have ongoing works across Saint John of God Hospital, Curtin University, Joondalup Health Care Facility and a number of education sites across Perth.
From large concrete pours to detailed finishing works, these projects reflect the range of services we deliver — all completed by our in-house team to ensure quality and consistency every time.
