Kubota SL75-2 in with a few issues and the TopDon Phoenix Max made fault finding quick and efficient. 🔧

EGR issues were diagnosed with further testing completed, including a forced DPF burn using the TopDon system. The machine also had performance issues, leading to further investigation where fuel delivery wasn’t up to standard. Fault found, incorrect output from the delivery pump along with blocked and clogged fuel filters.

Hydraulic system service was also completed as scheduled, with genuine parts fitted throughout the repair. Machine is now back on site, running at full noise and working the way it should. 💪

Bobcat boom to stick cylinder reseal repair completed. 🔧

Cylinder removed, stripped down and rebuilt with new genuine parts for a quality repair that lasts. Found signs of a previous repair attempt using incorrect tooling which had damaged the gland nut, so everything was sorted properly and put right.

Quick turnaround and quality workmanship to get this digger back where it belongs, on the job and back to work. 💪

Kubota farm tractor came in with a few issues after a DIY repair on a steel pipe with a pinhole. 🔧

Hoses had been refitted the wrong way around, which had the machine doing a few unexpected tricks. Went through it all, sorted the hose routing properly, and got every implement working as it should.

Back out in the paddocks getting the job done. A good reminder, always mark hoses when removing them. 💪🚜

Farm ute came in with a few issues — scanned with the TopDon Phoenix Max for fast, accurate fault finding. 🔧
Found the issue quickly: dead injectors caused by mice chewing through the injector harness. Harness repaired and everything back working as it should.
Ute is back out in the paddock getting the job done. 💪🚜

Customer reported a no-start issue on this truck, compression test carried out to get to the bottom of it. 🔧

Fault found: blown head gasket and cylinder #2 seized in the bore. Major issue, but diagnosed properly and early to plan the repair the right way.
Parts are on order and repairs are underway. Getting it sorted with quality diesel engine repairs. 💪
