Running a business can be so frustrating.
A young lady had her car booked in for a relatively simple suspension and brake job this week. Firstly the supplier supplied the wrong brake part, the client left the car for another day . This morning no part arrived, on investigation I find out the courier only picked up half of the delivery leaving ours there.
This is happening too often, holding my temper I explained that us giving good service in a timely manner depends on my suppliers doing the same for me.
A huge thank you to the customer for their patience and understanding.
