This isn’t your average admin job. This is a dynamic hybrid role that spans office, warehouse and workshop. You’ll be the glue that keeps things moving – managing internal sales, coordinating deliveries, supporting projects, and pitching in where needed.
⚠️ Role Reality
This is a fast-moving role with a lot of moving parts. You’ll often be working independently and will need to stay on top of multiple tasks at once.
Accuracy and follow-through are important — mistakes can impact job flow, timelines, and team productivity. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and improves as they go.

👀 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Are comfortable using computers and can quickly learn new systems
• Can work things out and don’t need to be shown the same thing multiple times
• Are organised, reliable, and follow tasks through properly
• Communicate clearly and can deal with customers confidently
• Can work independently and take ownership of your work
• Don’t mind getting involved in hands-on warehouse tasks when required
• Have (or are willing to get) a forklift ticket
• Have a Manual Drivers License
🔄 Workload & Flexibility
This role is structured as a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday).
We’re open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right person. Flexibility is available — but the expectations of the role remain consistent.
