Polylink’s services are categorised across four main areas:

This isn’t your average admin job. This is a dynamic hybrid role that spans office, warehouse and workshop. You’ll be the glue that keeps things moving – managing internal sales, coordinating deliveries, supporting projects, and pitching in where needed.

⚠️ Role Reality
This is a fast-moving role with a lot of moving parts. You’ll often be working independently and will need to stay on top of multiple tasks at once.
Accuracy and follow-through are important — mistakes can impact job flow, timelines, and team productivity. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, and improves as they go.

👀 You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
• Are comfortable using computers and can quickly learn new systems
• Can work things out and don’t need to be shown the same thing multiple times
• Are organised, reliable, and follow tasks through properly
• Communicate clearly and can deal with customers confidently
• Can work independently and take ownership of your work
• Don’t mind getting involved in hands-on warehouse tasks when required
• Have (or are willing to get) a forklift ticket
• Have a Manual Drivers License

🔄 Workload & Flexibility
This role is structured as a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday).

We’re open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right person. Flexibility is available — but the expectations of the role remain consistent.

Polylink were proud to be the major sponsors of Junior Speedway Racing Association - JSRA WA last season. Motorsport has always been close to our hearts – with both of our directors Ettridge Motorsport and Daniel Coleman achieving success at a national level throughout their careers – so being able to give back and support this division was truly special.

We’d like to congratulate the JSRA on another successful season and thank them for allowing us to partner with them as a sponsor. It was an honour to be part of the journey and to help encourage the next generation of racers.
