There is some slow progress with the wrist the way it is, but pushing forward with this build. Full checker plate decks with a floodable kill tank to replace the water tank. Be moving into finishing off the transom and gunnels over the next week and then into the trailer.

Unfortunately due to multiple fractures in my wrist, work will slow down during the recovery time. I will still do my best to keep up with the workflow and all builds that are currently booked in however timelines may be pushed back.
Thank you all for your understanding and hopefully if all goes well I'll be back up and running within the month to catch up.

Well while we wait for the latest 5mtr to come back from electrical, I might as well make a start on the next 5mtr tille...

Well while we wait for the latest 5mtr to come back from electrical, I might as well make a start on the next 5mtr tiller. Pretty similar setup to the last build, however ain't checker plate deck, swapping water tank out for floodable kill tank and a slightly smaller cast deck.

With the trailer almost complete time to get back onto the boat ready for outboard fit up shortly.

Custom 2T dual axle trailer. Rocker roller suspension, keel rollers, boat catch, winch post walkway. Still need to fabricate swing down spare wheel, custom udek on guards and walkway and also boat catch.

Build will be getting wrapped up over the next few weeks.

SOLD!!!

I am currently selling the first 5mtr build that i done. It was originally a tiller steer with the 100hp it was later then converted to a SC with a new 2024 140hp suzuki with only 26hrs!! also rear steps podded out to allow for the weight.
boat has
-5mm bottom with 4mm sides and floor.
-180ltr of under fuel.
-17.5 degree deadrise
-raised sheerline
-2 garmin 95sv sounders
-vhf
-deck wash with push button handwash system on port side
-dual batteries in the cast deck
-dual batteries for the minn kota
-2 pedestal seats
-Custom udek flooring
-80lb 24v minnkota just purchased and only used once
-drive on skid trailer
boat will come with usual safety gear needed. Trailer and boat will both be sold with rego and road worthy done on the trailer.

We’ve just taken the new 7‑metre Hardtop, 20.5° variable‑deadrise build out for testing, and it performed well above expectations. We also brought our newly purchased drone along to capture the run and start sharing more of our on‑water testing and builds.

While we work through the footage, here are a few still images from the day. We’ll be sharing video clips and performance figures shortly.
