That’s the thing about a well-designed home. There’s something architectural about it that you don’t just see. You feel it.

This one had it from the beginning. Now we get to bring it back to life.

Our latest renovation project is officially underway here in Point Lonsdale.

Tawera is an iconic O’Dowd home, and we’re giving it one hell of a makeover. The goal is to make it feel brand new, while making the home far more comfortable to live in year-round.

We’re introducing full insulation to all walls and ceilings, along with double-glazed windows throughout bringing this classic home up to a completely new standard of comfort and performance.

Stay tuned as we unpack some of the details and bring Tawera back to life.

I love seeing the transition from old to new on these frames! The bridging or herringbone struts between the existing floor joists are so cool!

This is the perfect example of why engaging a builder with a quality pre-construction process is an absolute MUST. Without our input through design and particularly engineering, this home would have had a much different story.
So proud of my team, flawlessly executing the plan set in place months before the first machine ever arrived on site, it’s a credit to all involved 🤝
