Been very slack with social media, but focused on completing the tasks at hand. The Christmas rush is in full swing, and we can't thank the boys and everyone involved enough that has helped us get through the year, especially this last week! From Saturday to Saturday, we managed to pour:

- 369sqm shed slab
- 81sqm of patio, path, entry and service pads
- 230sqm house slab (finished with curing compound)
- 7.5 x 3.4m pool spa slab (150mm thick with dual layer reinforcing mesh to standard)

Some solid engineering for this shed slab.
- Piers up to 3.5m deep with 4 bar cage
- 3 bar z-cage in the footings
- 125mm thick, 32mpa slab
- light broom for open bay

This has been one of the more intricate jobs for the year so far, and also satisfying. We love looking back and seeing a transformation like this!
Still not quite finished, we are about to erect a 6x6.5 metre insulated panel roof gazebo. Adequate drainage was achieved with careful pre thought into heights and the use of multiple stormwater pits.
Services were also all run underground to provide power to gazebo and abstract shaped shed to be erected at a later date. As well as water for an outdoor shower and tap.

We ended 2024 with the installation of a concrete sleeper retaining wall and 22 x 8 metre shed slab.
2025 started with er****on of the shed, accompanied with a new pathway adjoining both buildings, including a full length drain and an apron out the front to finish this project off.
