Have you driven past the new BMW Showroom & MINI Garage on Brighton Rd and thought 🤔 “When did that go up?”

We’re thrilled with how this build turned out for our long-term client Partek Construction & Interiors for Jowett Motor Group, and couldn’t wait to share it. Delivered in two stages; Workshop (Stage 1) and Showroom (Stage 2) — the staged approach allowed the dealership to keep trading right through construction.

Project highlights:
+ $30 million redevelopment spanning approx. 7,000m².
+ Integration of BMW, MINI Garage & Motorrad under one roof.
+ Over 150 tonnes of locally fabricated structural steel.
+ More than 2,000 individual steel assemblies detailed, fabricated, and erected from our Port Adelaide workshop.
+ Built with sustainability in mind, including solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient glazing.
+ Designed and staged to maintain full dealership operations throughout the build.

The exposed steelwork was a key design feature — giving the space its bold, modern aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the BMW Group brand...!

Well that's a wrap on 2023!!!, Lincoln Engineers Pty Ltd celebrated the years end with a traditional Greek feast of Lamb, Chicken & Pork on the spit with plenty of sides, good times & some musical renditions from Pat one of our Boilermakers (what a voice!!)

We would like to thank all of our customers, employees, subcontractors & friends for all their support, dedication & hard work across the year, we look forward to doing it again & more in 2024.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all, our office will be reopening on Monday the 8th of January 2024.

PROJECT AWARD..! Glenelg BMW & Mini New Showroom & Workshop. Lincoln Engineers working alongside long term client Partek Construction & Interiors has been contracted to deliver this brand new facility on Brighton Rd. In-House Shop Drawings are due to commence next week with an anticipated install date of structural steel early 2024. Stay tuned for further updates & progress of the Structural Steel for this exciting new project. #2024

A little while back we posted some 3D's of the Feature Stairs at Playford Health Hub for Schiavello. With endless coordination & planning having gone into the design; fast forward 10 or so months & here they are..! The stairs have been fabricated & are on the way for blast & top coat paint...! Special thanks to our workshop, project & drafting teams who made this possible. Stay tuned for further updates & installation on site in the coming weeks. ****on

MAJOR Project Award!!, Port Adelaide Football Club Alan Scott Headquarters Redevelopment. This state of the art new facility will enhance the Port Adelaide/Alberton precinct & leave a lasting legacy. Lincoln Engineers Pty Ltd is proud to be working alongside Sarah Construction to deliver 200T+ of Structural Steel, the highlight includes 36M Box Trusses to the Indoor Training Facility. As always this project is being Expertly Managed, 3D Designed, Fabricated & Erected In-House by our experienced & dedicated team...! We cant wait to get started.

From Concept to Completion..!! Our Er****on Teams have been hard at work on the RAHS State Basketball Centre at Wayville Showgrounds. The main 4x courts stadium area now standing proud with a range of different finishes...! Low level foyer, roof & amenities to be completed in the coming weeks.

Another great project that Lincoln Engineers was involved with in 2021. Although a simple enough design with 5x Stairs & 2x Earthquake Braces, tight program restraints made this job quite rewarding to deliver..!! MAJOR Project Award, FedEx Distribution Warehouse in Transport Drv, Netley. At close to 300M long by 100M Wide this warehouse has some serious girth..!! In-House Drafting & Fabrication well under way with Er****on expected to commence Late February.
