The machine was isolated and the load safely supported before our team removed the worn support bearing, inspected the shaft journal and housing, and measured fits and clearances before installing the new bearing to specification. Fasteners were torqued to specification, the assembly was lubricated, and final alignment was verified and recorded as part of our quality assurance process before the reclaimer was returned to service.

On our jobs, safety starts well before boots hit the ground or a tool is touched. Every shift begins with a pre-start meeting and a job hazard analysis, isolations are verified before work begins, and every lift is planned and rigged by competent professionals.

That comes down to our crew in the workshop and on site, every single day. Thank you to our team and everyone else who takes the time to check, question and speak up. It is what gets everyone home safe.
