Another successful project completed! 🎉 We’ve just wrapped up the installation of high-quality insulated panels for a workshop at Koodaideri Mine Site. This upgrade is set to improve energy efficiency, safety, and overall comfort for the team on site. Huge thanks to our dedicated crew for their hard work in turning this project around on a tight timeline and to the highest standard.

We are seeking a motivated receptionist to provide office support to a small but busy team.

Covering reception and basic admin duties we can offer Flexible or Part Time hours for the right candidate.

Thermal Installations has worked closely with the Vasse Felix Winery team to design not only a highly functional but also aesthetically pleasing custom cool room for their barrel wine making process and fruit storage. The new cold store will be used to produce Vasse Felix award winning wine and will also be seen by the general public with upcoming tours of the facility.

Thermal Installations used Night Sky Kingspan PIR panel giving the client an aesthetically pleasing yet fire rated and thermally efficient cold store. The custom in house design was built with bi-sliding doors on dual tracks with removable floor guides allowing for the complete front wall of the room to be accessed for storage and monitoring throughout the entire wine making process. The design also included custom viewing windows in each door that are set to the exact dimension and height of the main room windows.

We would like to thank our client, Vasse Felix Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock for the opportunity, our on-site project team led by Taygen Conlon and our factory door builders led by Kyle Chilcott for the delivery of an excellent project.

In our factory in Perth we have a team of innovative door builders who design and manufacture all of the insulated panel doors we supply and install on site. Working closely with the client we customise the size, colour and hardware on both our hinged and sliding doors to suit theirs and the projects requirements.

We would like to take the opportunity to say a big THANK YOU to our team of door builders for their outstanding efforts and workmanship, in particular, ensuring every door is built to Thermal Installations high standards – they need to withstand all the door ‘slammers’ out there!

Throwback Monday!!! (Because we are way too excited to wait until Thursday to share this project!) late last year Thermal Installations completed a complex construction project with a very unique design for V&V Walsh (Amelia Park) in Bunbury. It was their first, and Australia’s first, fully automated sheep floor. At Thermal Installations no job is too complex and we pride ourselves in our ability to take on new challenges and deliver – in other words we make our customers craziest, wildest and biggest ideas come to life! This project had various technical challenges, and required timely interfacing with the client’s existing plant and operations including a changeover from the old conveyor arrangement to the new system that did not interrupt production. Due to the confined access space, Thermal utilised specialist plant and equipment to lift the panel up onto the second floor slab, safely and without damage or disruption to operations at the facility. Thermal Installations’ National General Manager, Ben Hall was delighted to attend the recent official opening of the new Roselea Village Shopping Centre in Stirling WA. Our scope comprised the supply and installation of the cool rooms, freezers and internal walls in the new Woolworths and BWS stores on behalf of our clients Trendsetter and Woolworths Format Development.

The passion of the local community and developers who brought the concept to fruition, on what was previously unused swamp and peat filled land, was inspiring to listen to throughout the event.
