🚨 Kingscliff Beach Shipwreck Update 🚨

Our crews, along with NSW Maritime and contractors have now removed around 99% of the shipwreck from Kingscliff Beach! 🛠️🌊 They’ve worked hard, sifting sand by hand and machine to clear the area. ‼️But please continue to use caution if you're visiting, as splintered material may still remain.

⚠️ Caution signage is in place for beachgoers who aren’t on social media, but please help spread the word with your family and friends.

🌊 The site will be rechecked tomorrow for any debris exposed by tidal movement, and our team will continue monitoring the beach over the coming weeks for any further debris washed up.

Clean-up efforts began this month in Victoria Harbour after the MV Louisianna heritage timber boat sunk while berthed at North Wharf in November.
