I am a small local Builder providing quality workmanship to the peel region that is passionate about the work i do and strive to provide quality work to the clients needs. I deal directly with my clients to give them the best experience possible throughout the building process. I originally started my time in the building industry on the east coast of Australia doing a carpentry apprenticeship for

a high end custom home builder, immediately after finishing my apprenticeship in carpentry i completed cert 4 in construction from there i moved on to becoming a builder in 2016 who specialised in renovations and bathrooms. I focus on quality over quantity and strive on doing every detail of a build to highest of detail. In most cases we will only have one or two builds going at one time this allows us to keep quality to a high standard giving you as the client the best possible out come for the overall finish of your new home. Our preferred building method is to use timber frames and a truss roof, by building this way we can make changes to the build on the go for instance moving a wall or changing a window hight is a simple task thats not possible with other methods used in Western Australia. • Virtually maintenance free with the use of flashings and architraves.

• 20mm cavity for ventilation and giving water a path out.

• Ally mesh cavity closer to keep the critters out and allow air to get into the cavity.

• Quality WRB to allow the building to breath but not trap condensation within the wall.

• Window sealed to the WRB to create a continuous seal to the building envelope.

Clean lines and tight scribes 👌

We had to think outside the box of std installs for the ridge caps, due to the mac nail strip/highline profile there is no way to fix the ridge caps to the highpoint of the sheet.

To overcome this we cut metal roof battens to 70mm long, screwed them down to the tray of the sheet and then fixed our ridge caps to them using small stitching screws to keep the clean roof look the client is after.

300 scribes later and one wing is almost covered up 😮‍💨

Brunswick job update!!

A bits happened since the last update.

• All of the 820m2 of roof framing is now complete (bit more to go at a later date)
• Facia boards have been installed ready to be wrapped in custom flashings
• Ply and wrapping the roof in adhero has begun ( this product is hands down the best WRB ive used and there products will be standard across all BDC builds from now on)
• Electrical rough in has started (almost 2km of cable run so far 😳)
• Centre gable ends have been sheeted in OSB for much needed bracing.
• Box gutters have been built

It's been a while since our last update!!

Here are some progress shots of the current timber framed home we are building in Brunswick, Western Australia for a owner builder.

This massive 940 m2 house will be truly unique once completed, boasting a built-in sauna, expansive raked ceiling within the living, guest and master bedrooms while the huge outdoor area off the kitchen/living offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and farmland.
