A Message from the People Left Holding the Tongs
Following the announcement regarding Barbeques Galore’s latest attempt to redefine the concept of “business continuity,” we wanted to address the inevitable questions from customers wondering what on earth is going on.
To be completely honest, we're still waiting for answers ourselves.
While there may be plenty of uncertainty elsewhere, there's very little uncertainty inside our store. The same local owners are here. The same staff are here. The same commitment to our customers is here. And yes, the same people who know far too much about burners, regulators and cooking temperatures are still available to help.
We know announcements like these can raise concerns, and we genuinely appreciate the support and patience our community has shown. The messages, phone calls and visits from customers checking in on us have meant a great deal.
As soon as we receive meaningful information, we'll share it with you. Until then, we'll continue focusing on the things we can control: looking after our customers, supporting our staff, and keeping the doors open.
