CasConstruct is proud to announce the practical completion of 12 architecturally designed townhouses at 10-32 Redwood Drive, Keysborough.

Delivered for Portofino Bella, Keysborough consists of a mix of two- and three-bedroom residences. While the project involved an early-stage builder takeover and initial site remediation, our team’s focus remained firmly on a high-calibre delivery.

It’s a fantastic result for our client and a testament to the work of our construction and support crews. The team maintained great momentum to complete the project, delivering all homes ahead of schedule in November.

Construction begins in Brighton!

We are thrilled to announce that construction has officially commenced for our next build at 1 Centre Road, Brighton. This project will feature 14 townhouses complete with basement parking.

The project is off to a fantastic start, and we’d like to extend a huge thank you to the teams at Portal Contractors and C Side Plumbing. Their hard work and support have been instrumental in setting us up with excellent momentum.

Meet some of the faces behind Elements.

We’re excited to share progress on the Elements development, where our site teams are working hard to deliver 67 brand-new townhomes in Williamstown North.

Thank you to the team at Bowen’s for hosting a BBQ over the Grand Final long weekend for our site and office management staff at CasConstruct and CasUrban, as well as the subcontractors involved. The collaboration and effort of all our talented workers have brought this development to life. With Stage 1 nearing completion, we are set to welcome our first residents this summer.
