Many Moons ago we worked on this fun project.
I’ll never forget those gargoyles.
It’s up for sale.
We worked with the clients to get plans drawn up and submitted to council, and organised trades, walked up and down the tiny staircase leading to the upper storey and brought a whole bunch of natural light into what once was a dark house.

Deck and Pergola built during the great pandemic.
Nice to see it ageing well and to still get along with the client and have a laugh. I think those are my favourite moments, when it dawns on the client that I was never there to rip them off but to simply do the job the best I possibly could.

Special mention for the polycarbonate roof sheeting still looks brand new!
The retrofitted shade cloths have basically turned this deck into an extension.

Steel and glass everything bar the BAL rated pine framing.

I took this job on in Moggs Creek on the Great Ocean Road for the promise of killer surf.
The running joke on site became, every time I showed up the surf was crap and it was peeing rain.
None the less the Ramsay/Overalls were extremely kind to me and a privilege to work for.
This job will always be bitter sweet for me as I lost one of my close mates ( Steely Dan- my steel fabricator, who was to be fabricating and installing all the steel on this job) just before the build began. The steel community gathered and got this one over the line, to which I’m externally grateful.

Hi out there it’s been a few years. I have been building in the Geelong/ Bellarine for over 15 years now and I just want to say how privileged I have been to work with so many awesome people. So many of you have opened your hearts to me over the years and we have shared and built so much. I still hit the pavement everyday trying to do my best and give my best , but as time goes on I choose to live in the moment and not here on social media. If you ever need a builder who will give his best for your project I am a phone call away but I don’t see myself posting for the foreseeable future- I appreciate everything you have given me and take nothing for granted ♥️♥️♥️- Tommy-
