Connect Builders On Country | Yabun Festival 2026

We’re proud to follow along as Grayson begins building a traditional gunyah for this year’s Yabun Festival in Sydney — one of the biggest celebrations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture in the country. Grayson has been out harvesting materials on Country and preparing a stunning 6‑metre structure with paperback walls and a palm‑leaf roof. This build is all about cultural connection, community, and showcasing traditional knowledge on one of the nation’s biggest stages.

We’ll be sharing progress photos, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and insights from Grayson as the gunyah comes to life.
