We’re on the lookout for a capable and motivated person to join our team as an Administration Officer at ACT Powder Coating Services in Queanbeyan East.

This is a hands-on, full-time role where you’ll get exposure to:
✅ Customer service and scheduling
✅ Invoicing, quoting and job tracking in Xero and Monday.com
✅ Office operations, WHS, and onboarding support
✅ Inventory and online order management via Shopify

You’ll be working closely with our production and management teams, developing a solid base of practical skills across admin, operations, and business systems. This is a great opportunity to learn how things work behind the scenes—and grow your professional value along the way.
