The Mt Cattlin team thoroughly enjoyed assisting at the Devonshire Tea during the Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet both locals and visitors from near and far, and to be part of such a wonderful community event.

We are proud to support the Wildflower Show and grateful to everyone who stopped by for a chat and a cuppa. Thank you for making it such a memorable experience! 🌸☕️

One year in Care and Maintenance💛
It's hard to put into words just how quickly this year has passed. What felt like a huge change yesterday is now a whole year behind us. There have been moments of uncertainty, reflection, and resilience, but also a deep appreciation for the people, memories, and connections that have remained strong throughout it all.
Time really does have a way of slipping by. Looking back, we are proud of how far we've come and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey. And, true to Ravensthorpe style, we marked the occasion the way we always do—coming together, sharing a few laughs, enjoying good food and taking the time to celebrate. Here's to whatever comes next! ✨

NAIDOC Week is more than a celebration. It's an opportunity to recognise the history, cultures, and enduring contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, and to reflect on the role each of us can play in building stronger relationships based on trust, respect and understanding.

🎶 Summer Sessions 2026 🎶

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Jim McCulloch Park during the January Hopetoun Summer Festival for Summer Sessions. Even with a little drizzle of rain, it was great to see so many people stick around and continue enjoying the music!

A big thank you to our performers:
🎵 Chaz Wilson
🎵 Ozzy & Bec
🎵 Paige Valentine
🎵 The B-L Family Band

Special thanks to:

📸 Nakita Maree Photography for capturing the evening
⚡ Scott Lawry for supplying the generator
🏖 Todd Hallum for organising the kids’ sand pile (always a hit!)
🚓 Hopey Police and their extra crew for bringing the donuts back again
🔥 Hopetoun Volunteer Fire and Emergency Service for running the food
🙌 Our amazing HPA volunteers for setup, pack down and keeping everything running smoothly

Summer Sessions was delivered by Hopetoun Progress Association in collaboration with Ravensthorpe Regional Arts Council along side Hopey NOISE Studio Shuggi and BeConnect, and made possible thanks to the generous sponsorship of First Quantum Minerals and Mt Cattlin.

See you at the next one 🎶✨
