✨ Meet the newest member of the Morto's team – Jasmine! ✨

We're excited to welcome Jasmine as our Admin & Operations Assistant. She'll be helping to take some of the day-to-day workload off my plate while also supporting the operations of Tarryn Mortensen VA, allowing us to continue providing the best possible service to our clients.

Jasmine brings a strong administrative background and a wealth of business experience, having successfully run her own nail business for the past 9 years.

A proud local, Jasmine is married, has 3 children, 1 granddaughter, and a busy household that includes 2 German Shepherds, a cat, and even a turtle! 🐾🐢

You'll likely hear from Jasmine when you call us or send through an enquiry, as she'll be assisting with customer communications and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Day 1
Big day getting this brand new home ready for its new lawn 🌱
 
The owners were just moving in that day, and we were onsite spreading a whopping 60 cubic metres of top soil ready for turf.

We truly appreciate everyone reaching out to Morto’s for quotes — we’re grateful for the opportunity to work with all of you!

We just wanted to give a bit of insight into our quoting process so you know what to expect. Most quotes require a site visit so Ben can properly assess the job, take measurements, and ensure everything is quoted accurately (although in some cases, photos and details provided are enough depending on the job). As he is on the tools, these visits need to be worked in around existing jobs, which can sometimes mean setting aside a full day or fitting them in where possible.

On top of that, every quote is carefully put together — sourcing materials, pricing, and ensuring nothing is overlooked — all of which takes additional time (usually outside of work hours) and is done at no cost to you.

Because of this, there may be a delay in both getting out to your property and sending through your quote. We understand waiting isn’t ideal, and we really appreciate your patience while we make sure your quote is done properly and to a high standard.

Thanks again for your understanding and support — it genuinely means a lot to us.
