Smashing out another spatchcock chook on the Kettle! 🐓🍗🔥
Decent sized fresh cook, coated generously in BBQ Rub using a tallow binder and straight into the kettle!
Using the offset plate with beads and an hour and a half later we had this little beauty 👌 delicious skin, juicy meat 🤤🤤
