🔒 All locked up at our Junction St project!

First step on this job was to needle and prop the existing double-brick wall so we could safely install a new structural steel beam. This beam now supports the first-floor brickwork above, making way for the new light filled extension.

Our principle builder Mitch recently undertook and passed his Tradesperson Certification in Passivhaus, run by the Australian Passivhaus Association (APA). Congratulations Mitch!

This certification has given us the knowledge and understanding of Passivhaus principles that can help us to build smarter, high performance housing.
