Ward Bros Earthmoving is a family-run earthmoving business based in Rochester, with a strong reputation for quality work and looking after our people. We’ve got long-term employees, a supportive crew, and a workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for full-time labourers and plant operators to join our team.
🔧 Who we’re looking for
No experience required – full on-the-job training provided
All ages encouraged to apply
Would suit farm kids finishing school, anyone looking for a new career path or someone looking for a change of scenery.
If you’ve got a good attitude, are willing to learn, and aren’t afraid of hard work — we can teach the rest.
💪 The work
General earthmoving and Civil site work
Opportunity to operate machinery (training provided)
Mostly Rochester and surrounding areas, with away work likely at times.
✅ What you’ll need
Driver’s licence (minimum requirement)
White Card (preferable)
Reliable, honest, and able to work as part of a team
Machine tickets are a bonus, but not essential
