This D10 blade came in for a full overhaul and rebuild, with the scope covering the blade, push arms, wear package, GET, crack repairs, line boring, and complete refurbishment of associated components.

From initial inspection through to final assembly, the job was completed in close collaboration with the client to keep the rebuild moving and minimise downtime. Planning, inspection, approvals, and repairs were all coordinated to ensure a smooth turnaround and efficient return to service.

Scope of works included:

✔ Full strip-down and inspection
✔ Removal and replacement of worn wear packages and GET
✔ Structural crack repairs across blade and wing sections
✔ Push arm, trunnion, and bore repairs
✔ Full line boring and bush replacement
✔ Blast and paint prior to return to site

This type of work is about more than repairing visible wear. It’s about rebuilding critical components properly, extending service life, and returning equipment back to site ready for production.

All work completed in-house by the All Industries team in Rockhampton.

What’s actually slowing your fleet down: the truck, or what’s built on it?

Most issues don’t come from the chassis, they come from the body.
Trays not built for the load they’re carrying.
Bodies that don’t suit the way the vehicle is actually being used.
Designs that look fine on paper but don’t hold up under real conditions.
That’s where performance drops.

Because truck bodies aren’t accessories. They carry the load, protect equipment, and determine how the vehicle performs day in, day out.
We design and build trays, service bodies, and heavy vehicle structures around how they actually operate in the field.

Payload
Structural integrity
Real conditions (not ideal ones)

Designed, fabricated, and fitted under one roof so the system works as one. Not catalogue bodybuilding, but built for the job it’s doing.

If your current setup isn’t holding up the way it should, it’s usually not the truck.

Most ROPS conversations focus on the frame.

That’s only part of it.
Load moves through mounts, into the chassis, and back through the structure.

If that path isn’t right, the frame does exactly what it’s not supposed to.

We design around that load movement - then certify to ISO 3471 / AS 2294.2 and build under ISO 3834-2 with ISO 9606 qualified welders.
Because performance isn’t just about passing a test.

It’s about how the system behaves when it’s loaded.

Compliance doesn’t fail because of one major oversight. It fails when the system doesn’t line up.

✔️Material traceability that doesn’t match the job
✔️ Weld procedures not aligned to the actual work performed
✔️ Inspection records that don’t follow the build sequence

Everything might look acceptable in isolation.
But under audit, or after a failure, those gaps are exposed at once.

That’s why compliance needs to be built into the job - not assembled afterwards.

In open cut, nothing sits in isolation.
Everything ties into something else.

If fabricated components aren’t built accurately: Alignment is off, loads don’t transfer properly, and wear increases in the wrong places
That’s where small errors become bigger problems.

Fit-up matters more than people think.

Ever had a job stall out because a door wouldn’t cycle?

It doesn’t sound like much, but on site it adds up fast: Access slows down, ventilation control is affected, crews are left waiting while someone tries to get it moving again.
That’s where small failures turn into lost time.

Our automation doors are built for the conditions they actually operate in. High cycle use, pressure changes, dust, and constant movement.

They’re designed to run consistently, fail safe when needed, and be serviced without slowing everything around them down.
From new installs through to replacing systems that aren’t holding up, the focus is simple: keep them working the way they should.

Because when the door does its job properly, everything else can keep moving.

The gap between a tidy weld and a certified build shows up on audit day and when loads bite in the field.

We treat quality as a system, not a slogan.

AS/NZS ISO 3834.2 welding. Welders qualified to ISO 9606.1.

Materials traceable. Inspections logged. Handover packs that hold up when regulators ask for proof.

Fewer reworks. Faster approvals. Clean handovers.

A full refurb costs 40-60% less than buying new.

Turnaround is 6-12 weeks. Faster than ordering a replacement.

Refurbishment at All Industries means:

✔ Full structural assessment and crack testing
✔ Repairs to original or updated certified designs
✔ ISO 3834 compliant welding throughout
✔ Surface protection and load testing
✔ Re-certification with complete QA documentation

Same equipment. Same compatibility. Extended life. Full compliance.

If it can be rebuilt properly, it should be.

Fabrication problems rarely start in the workshop. They show up when the job hits site.
Platforms land out.

Handrails need modifying.
Guards don’t quite line up with what’s already there.

That’s usually a mix of poor drawings, inconsistent tolerances, or lack of QA before dispatch.

The result is time lost on install, rework on site, and unnecessary exposure to risk.

We run fabrication with repeatability and control built in - so what leaves the workshop installs the way it was intended.
If your crews are spending time fixing fabricated items instead of installing them, the issue sits upstream.
