A guy reached out to see if I could help tidy up the inside of a Polycraft boat he had recently purchased. From the photos, you can see it had a few screw holes and cut-outs that needed to be fixed. Once I got a match on the poly welding wire, I got stuck into it and I think it came up pretty well. What do you think 🤔

Got a call to repair a split in the cartage tank in Mundubbera. This tank was repaired from the inside, so I got to check and see if the baffle balls were doing their job. 👎 Got the tank sealed up and ready for its next job.

After the recent floods in Bundaberg, I got a call to repair a pontoon that had come adrift from its morning and had drifted down river and ended up in a park. A fair bit of damage had been done, but I was able to get it patched up and ready to be floated home.

Working from home over the long weekend, I had a repair lined up on a 200-litre spray tank with a good-sized crack. This time I had the right colour wire on hand.

Tanks are not the only repairs I can carry out. At one of the properties I visited recently I got asked if I could repair motorbike guards. Sure can. The guard had seen better days and was being held together with zip ties. Pity I never had red wire on board, but the customer was happy either way to get it patched up and rid of those zippy ties.

This tank looks a little different than the normal tanks I repair, but if it holds water, whatever works right. The outlet had sprung a leak, so I got a call to repair it. I needed to get inside the tank, happy the customer was able to get the water low enough so I didn't have to get my boots wet. 🥾

This job required a different mode of transport to get to it. I got a call to repair a tank on Hayman Island. The tank is part of the desalination plant on the island. While there, I got a personal tour of the island while waiting to catch the ferry back to the mainland.
