Quality Assurance & Superintendency | St Brendan's College, Yeppoon

While consulting engineering is often associated with design, our role frequently continues throughout construction.

Our team is currently providing Quality Assurance and Superintendency Services during the construction of the new internal carpark extensions and IT & IC Building at St Brendan's College.

Working closely with the client and contractors, MOLONEYS is providing site surveillance, contract administration, progress reporting, RFI management and payment claim assessments to help maintain quality and keep the project moving efficiently.

Our involvement throughout construction provides an additional layer of oversight, helping maintain quality, reduce risk and support informed decisions as the project progresses.

A little preview of our second Quarterly Compass Day. 🧭⚓️

Bringing our teams together is always one of the highlights of the quarter. It's a chance to reconnect, learn, share ideas and celebrate everything we've achieved together.

A big thank you to Mitchell Kochonda for an inspiring session, and to Keppel Bay Sailing Club for once again being such wonderful hosts.

This is only a small glimpse of the day, with much more still to come!

Our Rocky office had the pleasure of spending the morning working with some of the Gold Coast team after our Quarterly Compass Day yesterday.

It was so great to be able to spend a bit more time together rather than our usual online teams meetings.
