Last week we had the pleasure of working at Boolcoomatta Station. Safe to say an old cocky must have done some of the wiring. It was fantastic to rectify some electrical issues the organization had.
We had a great time working up bush and seeing some of the important work Bush Heritage Australia are doing restoring the land.

Electrican / Electrical Apprenticeship.

Barossa & Light Electrical Pty Ltd are seeking a hardworking, fit and able, customer focused apprentice electrician wishing to start their career to join our team.

Our core business is working within domestic, commercial & agricultural electrical work however we do complete other facets of the air conditioning & solar industry. More importantly is your ability to learn quickly, adapt onsite & problem solve.

The successful applicant will be working face to face with our customers in their homes & will therefore need to be well presented and able to conduct themselves professionally and politely.

Key Competencies:
- Valid Driver's License
- OHS White Card
- Physically fit and able
- Strong work ethic & enjoys working in a challenging environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to existing & new customers

The successful applicant will be provided uniforms, training & opportunities to expand their knowledge & experience in the industry. Product training & internal process training will also be provided.

Our working week is typically Monday to Friday with overtime as required.

Not what you see everyday thankfully! Customer reported oven not working after living there for 2 years.
This was likely wired by a unlicensed person as the earth and neutral were wired the wrong way around. This led to the earth wire burning out due to the excessive amount of current put through the wiring.
