Been slow on the socials but certainly not slow in the workshop! Another valued customer came in with their tipper truck for a hoist cylinder reseal. Originally we thought the hoist was coming already pulled off.

Totally fine! The team ripped straight in so we could get back to the work we do best 🤟.

Excavator grab came in for a reseal.
Once the cylinders were stripped we found the rods were damaged. The customer was happy to replace, so we machined up two new rods and resealed.

A quick turn around for the boys over at McCarthy Diesel & plant to get their customer back to work as soon as possible.

This 825k cylinder needed a new rod.
So we machined up a new rod, crack tested and resealed.

We are always looking for more ways to expand our skills here at SPH.

We now offer line boring all done in house.

This helps keep our customers down time at a minimum, saves sending these types of jobs off site & waiting weeks with a broken down machine.

D11 Blade Lifts for one of our customers up in the Valley.

This customer wanted to give their dozer a little overhaul without going over the top.

Reseal with genuine CAT seals.
New CAT bearings.
Hone to spec to deglaze.
Linish the rod.
One rod got an eye reclaim which was all done in house.

Hitachi Stick cylinder,

Came in with a damaged rod and customer was happy to replace.

Out sourced the rod to our good friend at Stanson Precision Engineeering and came back to us to weld the eye & reassemble.
