High idles and high temperatures.

Unfortunately only one of these was an issue with a car, so only one I could fix in a short time.

With illness throughout my household, you may have noticed me absent from work when coming into the shop. Some people seem to find this unacceptable and refuse to talk with staff as they prefer talking to me personally. Whilst I do understand this, please know that my staff are capable of making a booking or looking at an issue - I cannot always be present but trust my staff to take care of you much the same as I would myself

Unfortunately all breaks must come to an end, thats something that can't be stopped.

If your finding it taking a bit longer to stop, having some odd noises or vibration through the car whilst doing so, please dont hesitate to drop in and have your brakes checked

Well, the first month of the year is over. It's been a crazy busy month, whilst we tried to help as many people as possible. Unfortunately, we can't always get to everyone as soon as they may like.

When I took the leap to open my own business, I had 2 things in mind. One of which was helping people with fair and honest work at flexible times - at previous jobs, I had always worked late and carried out "overload" work from home for those who would have otherwise been turned away.

The other main focus for me was the flexibility of being able to shuffle times to better cater and support the needs of my family. As my 3 kids are now getting older and having more activities to attend, please note that my after-hours services will be reduced. If you call after hours and I don't answer, please don't be offended or irritated, I will get back to you as soon as I can during work hours - this may not be as soon as I open, there are often many messages and people to attend to.

People have in the past became infuriated and lodged complaints with other businesses that I didn't drop what I was doing instantly to assist them. Whilst I try and be accommodating to all, this sometimes isn't possible.

With all that said and done, as of this Thursday - 5/2/26, I will be on leave until Monday - 16/2/26.

Thank you for your understanding that even I, as a business owner, I'm still just another ordinary bloke and will inevitably have time off like all others 🙂

What a journey!

As most of you would know, it's been over 5 years since I took the leap of opening my own business. I can't thank everyone enough for the ongoing support I've been shown as I have continued to grow the business to what it is now.

For those who haven't heard, yes the rumours are true. My partner Jorja-lee Mates and I purchased TyrePlus Sale 4 months ago

We now have an active page for TyrePlus after many hiccups trying to get it sorted. This will be used to advertise discounts, promotional offers and general information when required so worth jumping on for a follow!

We look forward to many more years assisting the local community at both locations for all your vehicle servicing and maintenance needs

**CLOSED Monday Dec 1st**

Whilst this is probably the ideal time to set up Christmas decorations, we will actually be closed for a licencing program.

Back open Tuesday 2nd Dec as per usual, maybe with a little Christmas music working its way into the shed hahah 🎅 🎄 🎶

We have limited spots left for the rest of this year. If you’re in need of a service or repairs before the Christmas break, please get in touch to see if we can get you sorted before seeing the year out. Its a crazy time of year so please be patient if it takes me a bit to get to you 😵‍💫🧑‍🔧

Subaru's - working with different mechanics over the years I've heard many different opinions on them but as someone that did the majority of their apprenticeship through a Mazda/Subaru dealership, i see them as a good thing
