I am excited to share my passion for home design with all of you. My goal is to help you bring your dream home to life and make the building process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. I hope that you will continue to follow my page and join me on this journey. I will be sharing different aspects on home design and construction, as well as showcasing

some of the beautiful homes that I have had the pleasure of being involved in. As a professional in the home building industry, I have the knowledge and experience to guide you through the process of designing and building a new home. I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service and will work tirelessly to ensure that your experience is seamless and that your new home meets all of your expectations. After nearly 10 years with Legend Homes, I’ve made the decision to close this chapter.

A decade is not just a job. It’s seasons of growth, lessons learned the hard way, relationships built, and countless homes handed over to families starting new beginnings of their own.

I’ve given this role everything. The long hours. The problem solving. The commitment to doing things properly. The pride in the details. And the responsibility of guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I’m incredibly proud of what’s been built. It’s not just houses, but systems, standards, and strong client relationships that will continue long after I step away.

Growth sometimes means recognising when it’s time to evolve. To back yourself. To trust your instincts. To step into something that aligns with where you’re heading, not just where you’ve been.

This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s the right one.

My final day at Legend Homes will be Friday the 13th of March.

Between now and then, I’d love the opportunity to catch up before I depart.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years.

I’m ready for what’s next.

Monday Mood 🤍 Introducing Umberto.
Umberto is drawn to modern industrial-style homes, with large open-plan living spaces designed to draw the eye and make a statement.
He loves dark, moody colour palettes paired with chrome details and concrete finishes. Big windows and exposed steel beams are the true heroes of Umberto’s ideal home.
For him, it’s all about creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior through cohesive colours and materials.

We’re excited to welcome Jo to the team, based in our Bairnsdale Office.

Jo has dived into the building industry with an eager attitude and a genuine passion for learning. A local through and through, she’s lived in the area her whole life and loves spending time with her family and friends. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her soaking up the outdoors or enjoying time by the beach.

Jo is also a proud mum, and we’re thrilled to have her bring her energy and enthusiasm to our team.

💰 Base Price vs Real Price – What You Need to Know Before You Build 🏡

When you start looking at building a home, one of the first numbers you’ll see advertised is the base price.

It can look great at first… but what does it actually include? 🤔

🔹 Some builders advertise a base price that only covers the bare minimum to get a house built.

🔹 Important items like site costs, slab upgrades, energy requirements, driveways, floor coverings, window furnishings and even basic fixtures are often not included.

🔹 These get added later — which can mean the final price is a lot higher than expected 😬

Being involved in such an important stage of your lives — whether you’ve already built, are currently building, or are just starting to plan — is something I truly appreciate and never take lightly.
