We are officially in possession of our new Seaford premises, with preparations already well underway. One of the first milestones has been the completion of the polished concrete floors.

The crew delivered outstanding results at our Berwick Project, finishing a waffle slab that featured a 9-metre drop along the block's edge!

The waffle slab is a contemporary concrete foundation built above ground, featuring polystyrene foam blocks (pods) that form a grid of sturdy concrete ribs.

These slabs are well-suited for homes, offering quicker construction, lower costs, and minimal excavation compared to traditional slab foundations. They also deliver strong structural support and good insulation on flat land.
