Here's something most people don't think about when stripping a fitout. ⚠️

Every core drill hole is a scar on the slab. ❌

Industry standard is 32mm - that's 804mm² of concrete opened up per fixing point. With quantities reaching as high as 10 000+, this impact can seriously add up. At Lightning Bolt Removal, we use a 22mm diamond core. That's 380mm². 53% less disturbance, tighter capture of the bolt and sleeve, and a finish that closes near-invisible after fill and grind. 🧐

A very busy few weeks for the team, completing 3 seperate projects out in NSW totalling near 5000 dynabolts. 💥

Each job was completed within tightlines, all finished to the highest of quality. ✅️

On top of these works, we also completed two seperate bolt removal + restoration jobs in Victoria. 📍🚐

Part of the team are out in Wetherill Park NSW on the first of 3 projects taking place over the next few weeks.

This project consists of an approximate 2500 bolts to be removed, epoxy filled and restored and ground level. 🚧🔩

Great progress as we look to continue our expand our presence nationally 🚚🤝🏻

The team was recently contacted to help repair some concrete divots which were causing repeated broken forklift tires. 🛑

The team did an epoxy pour on day 1, and ground all epoxy level on day 2. 💥

All works were commenced after hours to ensure no disruption to the clients business operations.🕝

⚡️⚡️ The team recently turned over a 5 day project removing and restoring close to 1000 bolts / bolt holes out in Scoresby. 🤝🏻

With the client opting to remove all the bolts (including old ones from previous tenants), a heavy focus was put on locating every bolt in the floor, as these were not in your standard pallet racking patterns. 🔍🚶‍♂️

Post grinding we finished off all our works with a thorough floor clean to leave the floor looking great. 🧼
