She could have played it safe. She didn’t.
One of the best parts of our Nyora Residence is the personality in the finishes.
Tori backed bold colours, patterned tiles, warm metallic tapware, statement lighting and custom detailing throughout the home.
And it paid off beautifully.
This home feels like their home, not a copy of someone else’s.

That’s what custom building should feel like.

✨ THE NYORA RESIDENCE — COMPLETE

Our Nyora acreage home is finished and what a result.

Originally based on our Ranges design, this home was completely reworked to suit the block, the family and the way they wanted to live.

A special mention to Tori, who made some bold choices with the finishes, colours and details throughout the home, and they absolutely paid off.

A huge thank you as well to all of our trades, suppliers and team who helped bring this beautiful project to life.

This is exactly why we say our designs are just a starting point.

STOP CHOOSING A HOUSE BEFORE YOU UNDERSTAND THE LAND

This one can save a lot of frustration.

You’ve found a floor plan online.

You love it.

You’ve already decided where the sofa is going.

There’s just one problem…

You haven’t checked whether it actually suits your block.

Before becoming emotionally attached to a design, look at:

→ Block width and depth
→ Orientation
→ Fall across the site
→ Easements
→ Estate requirements
→ Access
→ Bushfire requirements where applicable
→ Where you actually want your outdoor living areas
→ What the site may cost to build on

Sometimes the design you originally loved will work beautifully.

Sometimes we need to modify it.

And occasionally, there is a completely better solution.

Start with the land AND the lifestyle — then make the house fit.

Not the other way around.

ALREADY PAID FOR PLANS? READ THIS.

You don’t necessarily need to start your design again because you’re looking for a builder.

If you already have plans prepared by an architect or building designer, talk to us.

We can review what you have and discuss what is involved in bringing the project through to construction.

And this is also where an experienced builder can add real value.

Because a beautiful drawing still needs to work with:

• The site
• Engineering
• Construction methodology
• Materials
• Your budget
• The details required to actually build it

So if your plans are sitting in a folder while you wonder:

“What do we do now?”

Bring them in.

That conversation may be much further along than you think.
