Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of space. It’s how the spaces relate to one another.

Every successful renovation begins with understanding how a family wants to live.

For the Larwood Place renovation, our clients wanted to make better use of their existing kitchen and dining area while creating a stronger connection to the outdoor living space.

By rethinking the layout, we transformed the kitchen into a more open, functional and connected space that supports both everyday living and entertaining. The new design creates better flow throughout the home, improves the connection between indoor and outdoor living, and provides a central hub where family and friends can come together.

Sometimes the most impactful transformations come from reimagining the space you already have.

WHEN MORE SPACE ISN'T THE
ANSWER

It's one of the biggest misconceptions we see.

When a home no longer works, the first instinct is often
to think more space is the answer.

But sometimes, the answer is already there.

This family of four already had the living space they
needed. What they needed was a home that better
supported the way they lived.

By carefully rethinking the existing layout, we created
stronger connections between the key living spaces,
improved the flow throughout the home and gave each
space a clearer purpose.

The result wasn't a bigger home.

It was a home that simply worked better.
