We are an Australian owned and operated sand quarry located around 120 kilometres east of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in the district of Gippsland only 10 minutes from Warragul. Warragul is one of the state’s leading rural growth centres with great employment opportunities. Many locals commute to Melbourne daily with good public transport available. We employ ALL local labour and support local charities such as Riding For The Disabled and various sporting groups. We are key sponsors of the Warragul Rodeo each year and we encourage and support local talent such as Jacob Wells, an up and coming world class equestrian. Entering our 8th year, Gippsland Premium Quarries has continued to produce a quality product range including horse arena sand, known as “SUREGRIP”, which has become a very popular product with many different equine disciplines. We provide many other sand types such as road sand, packing sand, pea gravel and other more specialised sands. Gippsland Premium Quarries can assess your sand requirements and deliver a product to your specification. This area is also famous for some very high yield beef cattle such as Blonde d’Aquitaine (see products tab for more information)
