It’s been a strong month for Keane Group Construction, with several new projects successfully awarded across the business.

Our Estimating and Preconstruction team has continued to build strong momentum, securing new works across industrial, commercial and education sectors.

Recent project awards include Latitude North Lakes Design, 62 Stradbroke Street Intertenancy Wall, Nundah State School Grandstand demolition, Mapletree Crestmead Intertenancy Wall and Upper Coomera State College Sports Covered Structure.

Impact Fertilisers Expansion, Pinkenba Project Update

Despite the wet weather throughout May, the team has continued to make strong progress on site.

Earthworks are progressing well, preparatory works are underway for the weighbridge installation, and construction of the purpose-designed Y walls is taking shape as the expansion continues to move forward.

Keane Construction recently completed the refurbishment of a 45,000m2 industrial site for valued repeat client, Frasers Property Industrial.

The project included the revitalisation of a 20-year-old Queensport warehouse, featuring a 20,000m2 warehouse space and a 1,500m2 office across two floors. Works included roller door replacement, translucent sheet replacement and a modern office upgrade, helping prepare the site for its next tenant.

This project highlights Keane Construction’s capability in industrial refurbishment, working to tight timeframes while meeting client requirements across a large-scale site.
