FSP OZ Products is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer based in Singleton, producing high-quality polyethylene and polyurethane products for customers across Australia.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Factory Worker / Assistant to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing quality products.
About the Role
As part of our production team, your duties may include:
Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of products
Operating hand tools and production equipment
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
Loading and unloading materials
General warehouse and factory duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following quality procedures and workplace safety requirements
Working with other team members to meet production deadlines
Skills & Experience
The ideal applicant will have:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
Forklift Licence (advantageous)
Welding experience (beneficial but not essential)
Good mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand tools
Ability to read basic measurements and perform simple calculations
Strong attention to detail
Good problem-solving skills and common sense
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent reliability and punctuality
The ability to work safely and follow workplace policies and procedures
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
