Have you heard? September is a special month at Morgan Engineering.

Several of our own leaders will be completing a two-day Resilience First Aid course, facilitated by Tammy Howell from Core Health Consulting.

We are also welcoming leaders and team members from other businesses to join us.

We invite the wider community to come at 8am to 9:00am on the 22nd September to hear Patrizia Punzi Cassaniti speak.

Patrizia will share the lived experience behind a workplace incident that changed her family forever and the lessons it carries for every one of us who has a responsibility for safety at work.

You don't need to be attending the Resilience First Aid course to come along.

The guest session is free and we'd genuinely love to see other local businesses, leaders, supervisors and team members there.

Mr Jitters Daily Grind will be on site for a coffee / meals break.

The Resilience First Aid course will continue afterwards for registered participants, with Day Two held on 29 September.

Proud moment for the Morgan Engineering Family.

Our General Manager, Jeremy Brett, is heading to Tweed Heads for the 2026 Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Institute Summit, starting this wednseday.

Jeremy will be sharing what it looks like in the real world, particularly in a male-dominated, high-pressure industry like ours.

At Morgan Engineering, Jeremy has helped embed psychosocial safety into the way we lead and operate. Not as a compliance exercise, but as part of building a stronger, safer and better-performing business.

Under Jeremy’s leadership, Morgan Engineering NSW has grown revenue from $10 million to $30 million, while reducing absenteeism by 30% and increasing employee retention by 25%.

In 2025, Jeremy was also recognised with the Outstanding Leadership in Psychosocial Safety Award at the Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Awards with one of our leaders also taking home the Best Team Collaboration for Psychosocial Safety Award.

We’re incredibly proud to see Jeremy taking what we have learned at Morgan Engineering and sharing it with other leaders who want to create safer, stronger workplaces.

Jeremy, the Morgan crew is behind you.

If psychosocial safety, leadership or workplace culture is part of your role, there’s still time to join Jeremy and other industry leaders at the Summit in Tweed Heads on 9–10 September.

This morning our team came together for a BBQ Breakfast to support one of our own and recognise Pink for Leasy Day.

Today marks one year since Leasy’s tragic attack and we wanted to stand alongside our workmate, his family and everyone who loved her.

'Pink for Leasy' is about keeping Leasy’s memory alive while encouraging conversations around responsible dog ownership, prevention and community safety.

For us today, though, it was simply about showing up for one of our people.

A few pink shirts, a hat or two 🤠plenty of bacon and egg rolls and a crew getting behind a mate when it matters. 🩷

Thinking of Leasy, her family and friends today.

Head to the page to show your support - Pink for Leasy

What a weekend ahead for the Singleton Senior Rugby League

For the second year in a row, our club has shown just how much heart, talent and determination runs through the red and white and Morgan Engineering couldn’t be prouder to stand behind them as a major sponsor.

This Saturday, our Ladies League Tag head to Newcastle fighting for their place in the A Grade LLT Grand Final.

Then on Father’s Day Sunday, it’s time to turn Scone RED & WHITE as our Under 18s, Reserve and First Grade all take to the field for 2026 grand final.

Four teams. Four Big Finals. One massive weekend.

One of the things we love most about the Greyhounds is the community behind them. When our teams make a run like this, the whole town gets around them. Families, sponsors, volunteers, supporters and generations of Greyhounds all come together.

That’s what makes a country footy club special. ❤️🤍

From everyone at Morgan Engineering, good luck to all four teams. Play hard and know there’s a whole community behind you.

We’re incredibly proud to back this club.

❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️

After being incredibly proud to receive two awards at the 2025 Psychosocial Safety and Leadership Institute Awards, we were excited to discover Core Health Consulting was among the sponsors and we are now fortunate to have Tammy coming to complete training for our leaders.

But we don't want to keep it all to ourselves.

On 22nd and 29th of September, we are opening the doors at Morgan Engineering for a two-day Resilience First Aid course and we're also welcoming leaders and team members from other businesses to join us.

On the morning of the 22nd we would love to open to the wider community - At 8:00 am, we will welcome Patrizia Cassaniti OAM to Morgan Engineering as our special guest speaker.

Patrizia will share the lived experience behind a workplace incident that changed her family forever and the lessons it carries for every one of us who has a responsibility for safety at work.

This Weeks Workshop Walk

The sunshine might have been in short supply this week, but the work certainly hasn’t been. 🌧️

Across Morgan Engineering, our teams have been busy keeping jobs moving, tackling projects and doing what they do best.

Here’s a quick look at some of what’s been happening across our workshops this week.

Want to know more about what Morgan Engineering can do for your operation? Take a look at our capabilities here: https://morganengineering.com.au/

One of our team members, Ordi, put together this mash-up of some of the jobs that have been moving through Morgan Engineering.

When we asked if we could give him credit for it, his response was pretty simple; No need. I’m part of the Morgan Engineering family.

Well, Ordi… too bad. We are giving you a shout-out anyway, because that attitude is exactly why you are such a valued part of this team.

Ordi is a great tradesman and a hard worker. He takes pride in the work, backs the team and genuinely cares about what carries the Morgan name.

Thanks for putting this together, Ordi. More importantly, thanks for being part of the Morgan family.

We’re proud to be Business Hunter Awards finalists!

Morgan Engineering is incredibly proud to be recognised as a finalist in the Excellence in Large Business category, alongside so many outstanding businesses from across the Hunter.

We are also especially proud of our Workshop Manager, Brody Nowlan, who has been named a finalist for Young Leader of the Year 👏

Brody’s ongoing commitment to our people, our standards and Morgan Engineering is something we see every day, so to see that recognised across the wider business community is pretty special.

We are also honoured to be a finalist for Excellence in Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing, an area that sits at the heart of how we operate and the culture we continue to build.

A huge congratulations to all of this year’s finalists. The Hunter is home to some exceptional businesses, leaders and teams, and we’re proud to be among them.

See you all at NEX - Newcastle Exhibition & Convention Centre on the 11th of September.
