If it's rectangular air-conditioning ductwork that you need, that's our specialty!
We can manufacture all kinds of duct - straights, transitions, bends, return-air filter plenums, vinyls (flexible connections) etc. We make our duct from galv or stainless steel, and we can line it with fibreglass or insulfoam insulation.

We can also fabricate hats or covers from white or classic cream colourbond, to protect your pipes and cables running to your AC unit.

We were commissioned to manufacture coal shields and fan cowls, to protect these new motors in the dusty environment of a coal mine.
We also manufactured a terminal box to hold electrical components.

Installing a ducted ceiling air-con? We can supply you with safety trays, P-3 (pal board) plenum boxes and cushion-head grille boxes for your system. We have both 20mm and 40mm thick P-3 in stock. Our router cutter can produce a range of box types at custom sizes to suit your unit or airflow needs, or you can select a standard size grille box (e.g. half tile) which we keep in stock.
