We’re excited to be kicking off works at Corrimal Coke Works in partnership with Legacy Property, delivering the next stage of this significant transformation in the Illawarra region 🏙️🌿

This project will see the site evolve into a new mixed-use community, with our team delivering major bulk earthworks to prepare the precinct for future residential, retail, and heritage adaptive re-use development.

The works include:
🔹 Site-wide bulk earthworks, including cut and fill operations to reshape and prepare the precinct
🔹 Construction of a new creek alignment and riparian corridor to support long-term environmental outcomes
🔹 Temporary creek diversion works to enable staged delivery across the site
🔹 Management of water flows during construction
🔹 Implementation of environmental controls and coordination within sensitive ecological areas
🔹 Stabilisation and preparation of the site for future civil and built form works

With a strong focus on environmental outcomes, the project also includes the creation of habitat features such as a new Belly-dipping pond to support the existing flying fox population 🦇

This morning, our team gathered at the office to take part in Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, raising funds and awareness for those impacted by cancer.

It was a meaningful opportunity to support an important cause that touches so many families and communities.

Camden Valley Well Under Way 🚧

The Camden Valley Way & Liz Kernohan Drive Upgrade Project is really starting to take shape, with great progress being made across the site!

Since kicking off works, our team has been busy progressing key roadworks, retaining wall construction and temporary realignment works.

Recent progress has seen:
🔹 Subbase, kerb and base construction for the new roads
🔹 Demolition of existing islands and construction of new median islands to support road realignment
🔹 Retaining wall construction nearing completion, now approximately 90% complete
🔹 Temporary pavement and realignment works completed along Camden Valley Way to support staging and traffic management

The next stage of works will see momentum continue onsite, with upcoming works involving:
🔹 Spray seal, asphalt and footpath works across the new and existing roads
🔹 Completion of retaining wall works and landscaping
🔹 Service adjustments and new service installations along Camden Valley Way, including water, sewer and electrical services

It’s exciting to see this major upgrade coming together, with each stage bringing the project one step closer to improving safety, capacity and connectivity through Elderslie, Kirkham and Spring Farm.

A great effort from everyone involved as works continue onsite! 👏👷‍♀️

Back on site at Haven Estate 👷‍♂️🏘️

We’re pleased to be continuing our work at Haven Estate in Cambewarra, partnering with Newquest Property and Colliers Engineering and Design to deliver Stage 6 of this growing residential community.

Building on our involvement in previous stages, this phase will deliver a 59-lot subdivision, with works including:
🔹 Bulk earthworks to prepare the site for development
🔹 Construction of internal roads and pavement to support safe and efficient access
🔹 Installation of stormwater infrastructure across the subdivision
🔹 Delivery of landscaping to enhance the overall streetscape
🔹 Installation of essential services including NBN, electrical, sewer and water

Our team is looking forward to delivering another successful stage and continuing to contribute to the growth of the Haven Estate community.

We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Group Development Services to deliver 45 new residential lots at 209 Crown Street in Grantham Farm!

This project will support future homes within the growing Riverstone precinct, helping deliver much-needed housing opportunities for the community.

Our scope for these works includes:
🔹 Site preparation with the removal of an existing dam, trees, and structures
🔹 Bulk earthworks and full road construction to shape a safe and functional street network
🔹 Construction of stormwater drainage, kerbs, gutters, and footpaths
🔹 Installation of all utility services such as water, sewer, electrical, gas and comms
🔹 Final lot preparation with landscaping and street trees to enhance amenity for future residents

Our team is proud to contribute to a project that supports the vision for the Norwest Growth Centre with more homes, better access, and high-quality infrastructure for a growing community.💙🏡

As part of our continued growth across regional NSW, we are proud to announce that we’ve been awarded Stage 1 of the Jensen Road subdivision at Wadalba! 🎉

This project will deliver 33 new residential lots and 6 residue lots, with our scope of works including the following:
🔹 Demolition, tree removal, and bulk earthworks to prepare the site for subdivision works
🔹 Construction of local roads, footpaths, and associated infrastructure to support safe and efficient access throughout the estate
🔹 Installation of stormwater drainage and utility services, including water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunications
🔹 Completion of lot preparation, landscaping, and street tree planting to create ready-to-build residential lots
