Accounts / Administration Officer
Full-time | 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday (some flexibility available)

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts/Admin professional looking to join a friendly, growing team? Sealutions is a leading contractor in the commercial construction space, specialising in waterproofing, mechanical floor preparation, epoxy flooring, and floor levelling.
We primarily service major commercial construction companies and are looking for a reliable and proactive Accounts / Administration Officer to support our operations and help keep the business running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Director, your role will be diverse and hands-on, including:
Accounts & Finance
Managing all aspects of financial records and transactions
Accounts payable and receivable
Monthly invoicing
Payroll and employee documentation
Financial reporting to the Director
MYOB use and general bookkeeping duties
Administration & Office Support
Purchasing stock and materials (liaising with off-site teams as needed)
Assisting the Sales Manager and Estimator (e.g. typing quotes, processing site documents, occasional client liaison)
Setting up and improving office systems and procedures
General admin duties: filing, data entry, document management, office housekeeping
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a similar Accounts/Admin/Bookkeeping role
Proficiency in MYOB, MS Office, and general accounting software
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills
Great communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Construction industry experience (preferred, but not essential)
Other Requirements
Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Current Driver’s Licence and own vehicle (free parking available)
