A meaningful day for the MFS team at .

Our team had the privilege of taking part in Meals from the Heart, cooking and serving dinner for families staying at .

It was a small way for us to give back and support families who are going through incredibly difficult times, while staying close to their children receiving care.

At MFS, we are proud of the work we do in construction, but days like this remind us that building strong communities is just as important as building projects.

🏗️ Cypress Palms | Jumpform Core Construction

At Cypress Palms, Surfers Paradise, our team is using a jumpform system to deliver the reinforced concrete core — the structural spine of the tower.

Jumpform systems are purpose-built for high-rise construction, allowing the formwork to “jump” or climb level by level as the building rises. This approach provides several key advantages:

🔹 Consistent cycle times – enabling the core to progress floor by floor in a controlled sequence

🔹 Improved safety – enclosed working platforms and perimeter protection create a safer working environment at height

🔹 Efficiency at scale – reduced crane dependency and streamlined workflows help maintain program momentum
