Not every opportunity looks big at the start.
Some just look like a job.
This was mine.
My first builder’s sign in QLD went up on this property over 16 years ago.
What I didn’t realise at the time… was that it would change the trajectory of my life.
These clients backed me early.
Gave me opportunity after opportunity.
And over the years, we built more than just a home here.
It wasn’t a quick build either, it was close to five years of continual work as this place evolved.
That steady run of work is what got the wheels in motion for my business when I was still finding my feet.
It helped build momentum, confidence, and ultimately a future for my family.
I’ve always believed certain people come into your life for a reason.
These people did and I’ll never forget what their trust and support made possible.
And now, this incredible residence, the one that’s meant so much to us is on the market for the first time in 30 years, ready for its next chapter.
People see a finished home.
I see a chapter of my life that made everything else possible.
