We are now in the final fitout stages of our current project on the beachfront at Booker Bay - "The Hamptons Beach House". This job is creating very positive comments & feedback from everyone who sees it.

Have a look at the "before" image of the old residence when we started on the site, to the "now" images from last week. Quite an impressive renovation, right? Some more updated photos to be uloaded shortly, showing internal finishes as well.

We are well advanced with our latest "Hamptons Beach House" project on the waterfront at Booker Bay. Our supervisor Sherman is taking a break from the hectic activity and enjoying the view from the upper balcony. How's the serenity?

We have been involved with a few bathroom renovations lately in addition to our regular projects, mainly for repeat clients and acquaintances.
It's usually not our main construction focus, but we have excellent trades for all of the necessary elements and are able to produce outstanding results at generally competitive rates, like this job. Click on the link below:
The renovation for Annette and Corey at Umina Beach involved the bathroom, laundry and separate toilet and had a few challenges, including conversion of existing floor drainage from traditional round floor grates to a full length linear grate (see the images), and installing a cavity-pocket doorway to create more space in the bathroom.
Great colour choices and classy fitment selections by Annette (sorry Corey) have produced magazine quality results. Check out that bath and the LED mirror.
Bathroom renovations can be very intrusive in a family environment, and we appreciate the great patience by both owners as we worked through an unexpected & frustrating issue with faulty tapware. Thanks for your generous post and recommendation.

We're putting the finishing touches to our amazing project at Kulnura now. This will become the premier wedding reception facility on the Central Coast - complete with it's own Chapel. The BuildFlex team started with a bare cow padoock on this site and have created the most incredible strucure you have seen. Everyone that visits the site looks up at our chapel ceilings and steeple in awe! More to come shortly.

A quick montage of images during construction and showing some interior finishes after the owners have moved in to this stunning landmark residence. A most challenging project for the BuildFlex crew. See the testimonial from the Owner:

"BuildFlex won the contract on our building, a substantial architect-designed house in Booker Bay, and undertook the project on a cost plus basis. The project was completed in February 2018. The materials and design utilised an innovative approach by the architect, matching our requirements and customising the building to be in total harmony with the aspect and waterfront location. It was by no means an easy project to undertake as the architect called on a unique design with special treated Accoya timber used across the building. Wayne Wheeler and his Buildflex team applied their experience and skills to build our beautiful home and we are absolutely delighted with the result. They met all the challenges that arose with such a detailed building with enthusiasm and determination. We are delighted with the house Buildflex has constructed. Dealing with Wayne has always been quite easy. He is approachable, available and in possession of a skill set that enables him to deal more than competently with the myriad trades involved with a complex project."
