This one just hit the market.

When we first stepped into this home, it had everything going for it—
incredible views, great structure… but it just wasn’t living up to its potential.

The kitchen was tucked away.
The windows weren’t doing the view justice.
The space felt disconnected.

We were brought in to focus on two key areas:
• Opening up and upgrading the front windows
• Delivering a new kitchen that connects to the space around it

Not a full renovation—just the parts that make the biggest difference.

The result speaks for itself.

This is what we love doing—
identifying where the value is in a home, and executing it properly.

We spent time at Penna this weekend visiting the Hobart Vintage Machinery Society during their Heritage Farming Expo.

It’s great to see such a dedicated group of volunteers preserving the machinery, skills and stories that helped build Tasmania.

We’re pleased to be contributing behind the scenes as the builder for their new premises — not as a commercial project, but simply as a way of supporting a local community group and a cause close to home.

A worthwhile project, and a great day out. It is still on tomorrow if you are looking for something to do 👍

🎉 A Huge Milestone for Michael Today! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Michael officially completing his apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified tradesman!

Michael’s journey hasn’t been the easiest. Before joining us, he stepped away from his previous apprenticeship after experiencing a workplace that wasn’t safe or supportive.
It takes real courage to walk away from a bad environment — and even more courage to keep chasing your goals.

We’re incredibly proud of the way Michael joined our team, rebuilt his confidence, worked hard, and committed himself to learning the trade the right way.

A huge thank-you to Learning Partners, and especially Michael’s trainer (pictured), for supporting him through the theory component and helping him reach today’s milestone.

👏 Well done, Michael.
Your resilience, character, and work ethic have brought you to this moment — and we’re honoured to have been part of your journey.
