A significant milestone reached at Park Quarter, on Melbourne's iconic St Kilda Road.

Last week, we were proud to host a Topping Out celebration with our client .com.au , welcoming project partners, and apartment purchasers, along with the Hickory team to mark this important moment in the development's progress.

The project continues to track well ahead of schedule, a result of the innovative solutions our site teams have delivered throughout the program. It's a testament to what strong collaboration and a commitment to exploring better ways of building can deliver.

Welcome Patrick Hickey to Hickory.

Pat brings 35+ years delivering complex pharmaceutical, laboratory and education facilities for some of Australia's most recognised organisations, CSL, Pfizer, Roche, AstraZeneca, CSIRO, Monash University and more. His work includes leading the delivery of the $450 million CSL Global R&D Headquarters in Parkville.

Pat will lead Hickory's specialist Life Sciences and Education capability, bringing our self-performance model and MMC expertise to a sector with significant and growing demand.

Over 160 years of history. One very exciting next chapter.

Yesterday we celebrated the start of construction at 570 Little Bourke, joined by MaxCap, Deputy Lord Mayor , and the broader project team.

892 student beds. 24 storeys. A revitalised King Street. And a reimagined Melbourne hospitality experience that honours one of the city's oldest sites while making room for what comes next.

570 Little Bourke is the first project delivered under Hickory's integrated builder-developer model, uniting development and construction from day one.

And to mark the occasion? We buried a time capsule. A message to the future communities of Melbourne.

Today we celebrate 25 years of service from Alyssa Pham at Hickory.

Alyssa started out in brothers George and Michael’s Templestowe garage, wearing many different hats as the business grew and took shape. From those early days to now being a key part of our finance team, she’s helped guide Hickory’s growth to a workbook of more than $3 billion.

Through every stage of that journey, Alyssa has brought care, consistency and quiet excellence to the way we support our people and projects.

We’re proud to showcase the recently completed, Caption by Hyatt in Sydney, now open and welcoming guests.

Bringing this landmark project to life in Sydney’s vibrant Haymarket, meant navigating complex constraints, including existing below-ground substations, easements and a future TfNSW rail tunnel. At Level 6, the building cantilevers 4.5 metres over the NSW Light Rail substation, creating enhanced amenity and city views along George Street.

Our approach integrated SYNC bathroom pods for precision and speed, and the facade, delivered by Hickory Facades, combines glazed and masonry elements within a curtain wall system for a distinctive finish.

The 174-room hotel blends community-first hospitality, tech-enabled convenience, and locally inspired design, creating a dynamic space for both travelers and locals to connect.
