Hours: 14.5 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in South Murwillumbah. This part-time role supports a range of office and administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Cost coding and processing invoices
Filing and maintaining records
Processing staff expenses
Providing payroll coverage during leave periods
General data entry
Maintaining office supplies
Answering phones and managing general enquiries
Booking accommodation and travel as required
Maintaining company registers
Essential Criteria
Previous administrative experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Friendly and professional communication skills
Reliable transport
Desirable
Experience with payroll processing
Familiarity with MYOB software
Background in the construction industry
