🤖 Inspiring the next generation of STEM!

GUARD was proud to facilitate a robotics workshop for Solid STEM Pathways, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Years 4-6 from across Queensland.

Students got hands-on with robotics, learning how robots work, exploring engineering and problem-solving concepts, and putting their skills to the test. They even got the chance to battle their robots in an action-packed sumo-style competition! 🤖⚔️

It was incredible to see so much curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm throughout the workshop, and we were incredibly grateful to receive such amazing feedback from the students about their experience.

A huge thank you to Solid STEM Pathways and GUMURRII SSU for the opportunity and to all our GUARD members who helped make the workshop happen. We love sharing our passion for robotics and STEM and helping inspire the next generation of engineers, scientists and innovators! 🚀
